About the project
FlyUp runs the finances of other companies. The platform replaced scattered spreadsheets with a multi-tenant web system where each client's data is kept apart.
I was the sole technical lead, from architecture to deployment. The system imports OFX statements and Excel sheets with Pandas, classifies transactions with RAG and shows dashboards with payables and receivables forecasts.
I ran the AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS and S3) without a DevOps team and set up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and CircleCI.
