About the project
Alva Tools gathers the internal tools Alva's team uses every day: access, operational processes, strategic data and automations. I built and maintain the billing, tax documents and client portfolio modules.
The main module is the billing flow, a kanban that follows every order from entry to shipping and replaced spreadsheets and scattered messages. Each stage change triggers integrations: tax adjustment and invoicing release in Omie, picking requests through n8n, freight quotes from DataFrete and logistics tracking with XPM. When an integration fails, the card shows the error and lets you replay just that step.
Invoices and XML files are stored and available on a public documents page, a timing dashboard shows where orders get stuck, and a spreadsheet import assigns client portfolios to sales reps in HubSpot.
